“This is the power of gathering: it inspires us, delightfully, to be more hopeful, more joyful, more thoughtful: in a word, more alive.”

"The table is a meeting place, a gathering ground, the source of sustenance and nourishment, festivity, safety, and satisfaction. A person cooking is a person giving: Even the simplest food is a gift."
― Laurie Colwin

PARTNERS

Gatherings built around community with intention

Join us at the table this summer to delight in our surroundings and creative capital with the Gather Pop-UP Dinner Series

Creating the space for a shared experience and meaningful exchange has always been at the center of what we do. In 2018 we want to add a layer of intentionality and return to our roots in creating the space for community conversations that help plant the seeds for inspiration and deeper connection.

The Series will feature 6 creative dinners, one per month, from May to October in different spots around Durango (parking lots, alleys, hidden alcoves, parks and green space, river side, ridge line, etc.).

These curated affairs will be more than just a dinner, they will connect attendees to the heart of our wonderful community. We will gather to share amazing food and drink at a beautiful table in a fun and unique location. We will gather to slow time and enjoy space. We will gather to encourage and incubate creativity and new ideas.

Tickets will be released 1 month prior to the dinner date with details of featured menu and artisans to follow. Location will be kept secret and shared anywhere from 12 hours to 2 days prior to event only with dinner guests.

Every dinner will have the following ingredients:

  • A fun, unique and unusual space that is often overlooked
  • Live music, dance or performance
  • A rotation of local food and drink artisans
  • Local flowers and flair

Come and embrace an evening filled with creative conversation and inspiration around the community table!

See you at the table! Buy your ticket today!
