Winter into Spring
From a styled shoot in February when Linnaea Design and I imagined a scene from Russia with love. We called it “Winter into Spring” and our muses were a Siberian thaw, a Czar Empire and Anna Karenina.

Margaret & Scott
Margaret and Scott’s wedding was pretty much a love festival thrown on their ranch with a most wonderful tribe celebrating their union.
Karissa and Eugene's wedding was a beautiful cumulation of a year's worth of artful and thoughtful details. From the dreamy mountain backdrop of Telluride Sleighs and Wagons down to the bride's shoes and groom's tie, this wedding was mesmerizing and so authentic in representing who these special people were as individuals and together as a duo.
Rain couldn’t stop these two from sharing their love outdoors in the aspens of the San Juan Mountains in July. Zavannah and John’s mountain wedding was blessed by the powers above with a midsummer rain that just made everything that much more magical and memorable.
The wedding of #Toddsquared was simply AMAZING! No rain, hail or thunder would stand in their way of saying “I Do”in the mountains surrounded by the most wonderful tribe of family and friends. After getting half way through the ceremony and drenched, we made a mad dash to the lobby of the Silverpick to pick up where we left off. Rain on your wedding is a blessing, especially in July in SW Colorado following one of the biggest local fires that was the #416 fire and an epic draught. Mother Nature and the heavens showed Todd B. and Todd C. with extra love on their wedding day.
The desert always offers up raw, natural inspiration and a wonderful neutral backdrop for a pop of bold color.

Adena & Yedida
Adena and Yedida threw a beautiful celebration at Ridgeview Events Center with La Plata mountains as a spectacular backdrop. There were so many wonderful elements symbolizing their story and love… amazing food, a violinist friend playing their processional, personalized river rocks escorting their guests to their seats, decorations made by Didi’s sister and a lovely dovetailed Jewish ceremony. The best part were all the friends and family who traveled from all over the country to share in this joyous day with them!
Amy & Doug’s rustic black tie wedding was a beautiful celebration at Riverbend Ranch… and a magical feat in that their wedding was moved from the originally planned Glacier Club 1 day before their wedding due to the 416 fire! Their vendor team was amazing and the Glacier Club worked hard to make their dreams come true at Riverbend Ranch.
Amy & Doug’s wedding was a gorgeous blending of rustic mountain and elegant black tie themes and style.

Kate & Nate
#KNATE’s wedding was one for the books! It’s always extra special when I get to be apart of a local wedding and help support friends on their big day. Kate and Nathan’s wedding was beautiful, but even more so FUN… a central component to how they live their lives here in Durango.
