We thrive on fostering relationships and helping community members grow connection to the land, to others, and the wonderful groups playing important roles in our community and needing their support and participation. We create the space to make these connections happen through artful experiences.

Our roots are anchored in community networking and place making with the experience of knitting together people, resources and support for the organizations, programs and projects that inspire us and support us as a whole in SW Colorado.

Services

Whether we’re supporting Non-Profit Fundraisers, Corporate Events or facilitating Experiential Marketing Events, we can support you on a number of things:

• Develop event concept and design elements,

• Oversee and lead event planning, coordination and scheduling of meetings, volunteers and vendors

• Delegate tasks to interested committee members and volunteers

• Develop and oversee full event coordination: vendors, month-of scheduling, day-of scheduling and timeline, day-of installation and set up

• Provide an Heirlooms assistant(s) if necessary

• Curate special branded details such as music, decor, and branded materials

Each event is tailored to the organization and brand. We serve our client as a venue designer, production company, marketer and PR coordinator and overall event expert in every facet.
