Heirlooms Design is a full-service event design, planning and production company. We specialize in curating comprehensive and one of a kind destination multi-day wedding weekends and experiential corporate events. We collaborate with highly recommended and vetted industry partners to craft and curate the most bespoke high touch wedding experiences in the southwest.
Our goal is to produce intimate moments that are authentic, beautiful and unique to each client all while being stress-free. We find joy and meaning in creating thoughtful designs and intimate atmospheres utilizing and illuminating a natural and clean aesthetic that exists in the surrounding environment. We plan and design weddings so you can focus on feeling the sun on your face, wind in your hair and the beauty that surrounds you as you walk down the aisle – being able to really take it all in and lean into a deeper depth of loving and being loved, not just by your partner but by all those surrounding and showering you with love. Those details are simple and beautiful and representative to who you are as individuals and together in partnership. To ensure each of our clients receive the utmost creative attention, we partner on a select number of weddings and elopements each year to make sure our integrity remains to every thoughtful detail that makes each of our events the most magical, authentic and one of a kind.

Comprehensive Destination Wedding Planning & Design
We offer full service | comprehensive event planning + design production for clients across the US, but often work predominately in the Southwest (Colorado + New Mexico + Utah + Arizona) and have a true love for California and Michigan. We also offer more nuanced partial planning packages to meet our clients where they are at in the planning process and budget. Our minimum for our planning packages is $15k.
Our approach is a nuanced one where we dive deep in getting to know our clients - interests, passions, loves, dislikes and aspirations. From there we walk you through a personalized and custom process to introduce you to all the possibilities that bring the dream to life.
Our process is natural and unfolds with ease and a progressive flow through a strategic checklist tailored to each client. We adapt our foundational planning process, one that we have perfected with over 12 years of experience, to guide our clients along the way of building the vision, developing the design concepts and executive plan, aligning you with our vetted, trusted and highly respective creative partners to execute the vision along the way and then executing every detail with our extensive team.
Our speciality is hunting for unique locations for those who come to us with open minds wanting to explore options. We definitely have a list of our favorite venues near and far - venues and locations that offer a wide range of lovely features and amazing hospitality and exquisite features. We are continuously hunting for and adding special locations and venues to our tailored list and coveted network.

in depth timeline for all wedding partners involved with the day to ensure all details and logistics come together effortlessly
final walkthrough scheduling and attendance with partners involved (virtual or in person when applicable)
ceremony rehearsal
execution with our full support and guidance on wedding day up to 12 hours

This package is customized to each client. Depending on where you currently are in the planning process and how much assistance you need, this package is formed to fit your needs and meet you where you are at in your planning process.
Similar to our full service planning package, but with a reduced amount of hours estimated from our initial client interview to meet you where you’re at in the planning process and with your budget.
